I’d appreciate if all my followers could follow these! They’re new and I don’t have many followers yet!

I see many blogs I follow and my followers who follow vegan and vegetarian diets and I obviously follow a very DIFFERENT approach but sometimes I ask myself these simple questions to help others understand why I chose this approach.

Why would I NOT eat things that God put on the Earth for me to eat? We evolved eating these natural things that come from the Earth and are not man made. Why would I eat manmade breads, grains, and packaged products to get my so called protein, when our obvious source comes from animals. If a vegan or vegetarian diet is the healthiest diet for us humans, then why did we not evolve eating it?

Coming from a biology/evolution/anthropology stand, one who is educated in the evolution of humans would know that our bodies were at their PRIME before the agricultural evolution. Our skeletons resembled those of olympic athletes and we were actually 6 inches taller on average. How does that make sense? Our bodies were in their natural environment. An environment of hunting and gathering, a very huge amount of walking, and no such thing as grains. We ate tons and tons of fats from animals, vegetables, some fruit and some nuts. You cannot deny this scientific evidence, and that’s why I choose this diet. When you think in terms of evolution and biology, there’s no diet that fits more perfectly than the one we ate when our bodies evolved into the masterpiece they are.

“However, an academic background, or an extensive education in nutrition or physiology, seems to correlate very poorly with truthfulness and objectivity in the field of dietetics in my experience. The advice and claims I have seen made by many RDs (Registered Dietitians) has been so shamelessly wrong that I put little stock in anything they have to say. The same goes for many “diet gurus” and so-called health experts with a solid list of academic credentials” Lean Gains Website

It’s crazy how people who are nutrition majors and nutritionist and dietitians don’t know the first thing about biology, biochemistry and basic human responses/hormones
